Appointment Policies

  • If you cannot make your appointment, please give at least 24-hour notice.
  • Clients with a no-call/no-show may be required to pay a deposit on future bookings.
  • Clients with three (3) no-call/no-shows will no longer be able to book services.
  • I love kids, but ask that if possible, you make arrangements for child care. Not only will your service take longer, but there are chemicals, hot tools and such that are not kid-friendly.
  • Custom Nail Art takes extra time. Please be sure to note at the time of booking what kind of nail art you're looking for. If nail art is not noted in the booking, I may not be able to add it in during your appointment, depending on my schedule for that day.

Payment Policy

  • I accept all major credit cards, cash, and Sherri Traweek Nail Art gift certificates


  • I warranty my gel and acrylic work for seven (7) days from the time of service. Typically, my work lasts up to three weeks, and will still look phenomenal when you come in for a fill.
  • My sets are warrantied against lifting. Chipping, abrasions, and other deformities caused by mistreatment of the nails is not covered. So no biting, grinding, digging, picking, or leaving your hands in caustic chemicals please! Love your nails, and they'll love you!
  • If you experience lifting within the first week, contact me via phone, email or text message, and I'll book you for an appointment to resolve the issue.
  • I reserve the right to refuse the warranty if it is obvious that the nails have been mistreated by the wearer.
